What does a first session with you look like?

I am committed to being fully present with my clients as we align around your values and work together forward to the resolution of any issues you may have. I strive to practice with empathy and to provide genuine, compassionate guidance as we work together.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I work with ACT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have extensive experience working with clients who have trauma, depression, anxiety, and the challenges of everyday life.
