I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. I have dedicated my practice to helping those who suffer from trauma symptoms that live in the mind and body.

Tara Devine is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She has dedicated practice to help individuals heal from traumatic events. She specializes in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. Tara completed her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is a single mother of three teenagers and understands the stressors of single parenting. She utilizes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help others heal from traumatic events. Tara believes in the EMDR process to help empower others and support you in processing your negative beliefs, feelings, and sensations.
