What does a first session with you look like?
My practice is devoted in being a safe environment where compassion and being challenged is key. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, life transitions, workplace conflict, and common stressors. Helping people gain awareness, find solutions, and getting unstuck is my passion. My career is my passion.
