What does a first session with you look like?
I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health in the BIPOC community. I want to provide a safe space to promote vulnerability and relationship, while offering more adaptive tools and perspective. I bring my authentic self to every session to help break these generational cycles together!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
As an EMDR and DBT therapist, I help adults who experience anxiety, depression and/or a trauma. Perhaps you are dealing with adjusting to a stressor, life transition or just life in general. I will work as a team with you to develop a treatment plan with goals to address your unique situation
