What does a first session with you look like?
My hope is my clients will realize how brave they were to seek out help and remember that courage as they become more resilient to handle what the world has in store for them. Clients can expect to grow and utilize healthy coping skills, improved communication, finding meaning in loss, and authentic love for oneself.
