What does a first session with you look like?

I provide a safe and supportive environment in our sessions. This time is individualized for your needs and preferences. Our goal is that when we finish our time together, you will feel increased understanding and insight into your strengths and how to utilize them with personalized coping strategies you feel comfortable with.
