I use creative and experiential techniques to enhance awareness and self-direction. At the core of of my therapy is the holistic view that people are intricately linked to and influenced by their environments and that all people strive toward growth, balance and success. I am a person-centered therapist and use empathy, understanding, and unconditional acceptance to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Our sessions may not always follow specific guidelines, in fact, I will encourage creativity, depending on context and your personality. What will always be consistent is the emphasis on our relationship as therapist and client, and the focus on the “here and now.” Through exercises and spontaneous experiments, our therapy together will allow you to reconnect with parts of yourself you may currently minimize, ignore, or deny.
