We will partner to figure out your unique goals and you will learn practical skills to help you make choices that support your goals. Therapy is not just what happens when we meet but also how you take what you learn out into the world and your relationships.
I'll teach you about mindfulness and meditation as a way to better manage stress and to feel more calm and balanced. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), consistently proven to be the most clinically effective strategy for dealing with anxiety and depression, I can help you to understand what you are experiencing, develop a plan of action and teach you the skills to move life in the direction of your choosing. Sessions are goal-oriented with a specific plan of what to do in session and how to practice it outside of session.
