What does a first session with you look like?
I bring a genuine, empathetic and open-hearted energy into my counseling practice. I offer a safe space to open up and process what you are going through. Because of my first career as a nurse, I utilize a holistic approach to identify patterns that may be hindering you from feeling fulfilled and becoming the best version of yourself.
