What does a first session with you look like?

I hope that client will take away a sense of hope and clarity by working with me on their goals. During the first few session we will focus on naming the problem and being able to recognize he goals (what signs might show that we are nearing the end of therapy for now?).

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy are the main treatment methods that I pull from.
