What does a first session with you look like?
I aim for my clients to always walk away from a session feeling a little lighter and a little more hope than when they came into the session.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have a very eclectic therapeutic style. Just as you could not pick a stranger and trade shoes and wear their shoe, I do not believe there is one style for any one person. If I had to choose a style, I would probably say I am very person centered, solution focused with a little CBT.
