What does a first session with you look like?
After we meet, you should leave the first session knowing you are accepted and welcomed into a therapeutic agreement.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am client centered and strengths based. I practice narrative and psychodynamic therapy, PPT positive psychotherapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy and addictions treatment. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, NMT. Mindfulness, and behavioral therapies.
