What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, you can expect to understand your nervous system better, how trauma and burnout have affected it, and some basics on how to mindfully move forward being more in touch with how your daily life activities are impacting it. With further sessions, you'll learn practical ways to restore your nervous system on a daily basis. The work you do in between sessions is where it's at!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
