What does a first session with you look like?
Following your first session you can certainly expect homework; I am a firm believer that with change takes practice and practice will require application of these skills outside of sessions, in other words, homework, eeeeek! However, following practice, completion of homework, further exploring the roots during sessions, overtime you can expect healthier functioning, a healthier and livelier mind, body and spirit.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment methods and tools that I use is relatively eclectic; I enjoy using methods from cognitive therapies, behavioral therapies, family systems, strengths based and more.
