What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Toby's therapeutic approach is integrative and incorporates both body and mind into treatment interventions. She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Her therapy style is authentic, curious, and nonjudgmental.
