What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Life Transition, Relationships, Self Esteem and Stress.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

Life is hard and it’s okay to be overstimulated and feel out of control. Welcome, you’ve made the first step toward a more confident you.
