Tracey Cobb LCMHC
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
With me, you'll find a safe, judgment-free space where you are heard and your experiences honored. A place where you can recover from toxic relationships, a place where we focus on Healing, not hiding. Let me be your guide through this process, you don't have to be afraid - you are not alone!
I am a Person-Centered therapist who conceptualizes based on Family Systems. This in simple terms means that I believe my job is to facilitate a space where you can tap into the power of self-actualization and move onto your own growth and fulfillment. I see the challenges showing up in your live based on the experiences you have had early in life based on family of origin conditioning, family roles, norms and long held family traumas. In spite of it all I believe that you overcome the challenges and become your authentic selves.
