What does a first session with you look like?
We will focus on how to improve self awareness, emotion regulation, crisis intervention, and how to live a life of meaning and purpose. I see clients in person ONLY on Tues/Weds/Fri. I accept Telehealth clients Mon-Fri.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Depending on where you are, we will use the treatment modalities best suited to foster a better, more manageable daily life. You can go from just surviving, to thriving. I am trained in EMDR, DID, ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and other treatment modalities. If you are a Christian, our focus will be biblically based spiritual growth.
