What does a first session with you look like?
I will help you gain knowledge of your mental health disorder and what medications and psychotherapy are best for you as an individual.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I've utilized evidence-based medication management and functional medicine practices. I focus on all aspects of your well-being, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Additionally, I use tools such as searching for any underlying physical conditions, nutritional status, overall health and well-being, etc. Including obtaining labs to ensure that any exacerbating or underlying factors are addressed. Note: I do not prescribe stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Concerta)
