Trina utilizes an eclectic approach when working with clients. Trina incorporates CBT, REBT, Motivation Interviewing, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and more. Trina also assists clients with developing coping skills that can be practiced outside of therapy.

What does a first session with you look like?

Clients can expect to establish goals and work toward their desired mental health. There is a fluent therapeutic approach that is tailored to each individual. Clients can expect to be given homework assignments that correlates to their goals or current topics and concerns.
