What does a first session with you look like?

While in session, my goal is to consider the whole person, meet the client where they are, be it a positive or negative characteristic, and focus on their potential for growth. I desire that each client can gain the ability to trust their instincts so they are guided to find wisdom, growth, healing, and fulfillment. I hope that after each session, the client walks away with a better understanding of who they are and the unique beauty they bring to every situation.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have training in EMDR, cognitive, behavioral, and various methods to help you reach your therapeutic goals. I use an eclectic treatment approach to ensure that you are getting your therapeutic needs addressed.
