What does a first session with you look like?

My approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, trust, and mutual respect, and I prioritize creating a non-judgmental space that is welcoming and validating for everyone who walks through my door. Together, we can navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues while learning expanded ways of thinking and creative tools to address these concerns.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I firmly believe that a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health is not conducive to achieving specific goals in therapy, which is why I personalize my approach to meet each client's unique struggles and needs. I am committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness, CBT, and in-depth trauma work, that promote healing, empowerment, and long-term change.
