You can expect a safe place to be heard, understood, and to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with empathy, compassion, and techniques to help you overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Looking forward to working with you!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize CBT, motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, harm reduction, and solution focused therapy in my treatment and consider each person's unique context and cultural background with my interventions and treatment plans.
