What is your style/approach to therapy?
I encompass a combination of psycho-medical, holistic and psychotherapy treatment modalities within my practice. My goal is to always consider the least invasive treatment to ensure great client outcomes.
What does a first session with you look like?
Our initial appointment together will consist of a comprehensive psycho-medical evaluation, including but not limited to discussing medications, desired effects and adverse effects, risks and benefits. This will help to determine an individualized treatment plan that too caters to the client’s needs, as well as treatment expectations. Thereafter, our follow up appointments will be geared towards monitoring progress and making changes as necessary for the client’s optimal mental health and healing.
