What does a first session with you look like?
I work with many clients facing depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, and life adjustments. At our initial session, we will gather historical and current information by exploring your issues in depth and making a plan to work together to improve your experience in life. Most of my clients began to experience awareness and a decrease in symptoms within the first month of consistent therapy.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach for therapy is integrative in which we explore your mental, physical and emotional being. I am knowledgeable in CBT, DBT informed, Trauma informed, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. The treatment method will be tailored to each client's uniqueness. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate way to help you make progress and bring balance to your life.
