What does a first session with you look like?
With so much stigma attached to mental health conditions and other aspects of life, one should never feel alone. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey and will not judge. We will work together to come up with the best treatment plan that works for you. I will listen to you and come up with a treatment plan to help you get better and back to get back to living your normal life again.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My treatment approaches incorporate psychopharmacology (medications) with lifestyle modifications (diet, exercise, etc.), supportive therapy, and medication management.
