What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have over 15 years of experience, in Trauma Informed Care and other evidenced based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) that I utilize with clients who are battling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief/lost, and historical traumatic experiences.
