As a trained EMDR and Somatic Experiencing Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, I utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatments such as, EMDR Therapy, Somatic Therapy, CBT, MBSR, MBCT, and MBRP; to support those with symptoms of trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), and more.
