What does a first session with you look like?

I will provide a safe and supportive environment to explore whatever you are struggling with. I will focus on teaching skills to deal with everyday stressors and manage any symptoms. As a team, we can work towards overcoming any hurdles that you want to overcome.

As a therapist, I utilize trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT).
