What does a first session with you look like?
In the course of our work together, we will identify the challenges you are facing, as well as the personal and professional goals you want to achieve - where you want to be in a month, a year, five years, etc. Throughout our conversation, we'll identify options and strategies to help you achieve your goals! The session will also allow you to gain a better understanding of the mind-body connection issues you are currently facing while focusing on what you can do right now to resolve them.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
It is my goal to meet my clients where they are, which means using a variety of approaches that can be customized to best meet their needs. Some of the approaches I use in my sessions are somatic therapy, solution-focused, strength-based, CBT and trauma-informed yoga.
