What does a first session with you look like?
I treat all my clients with respect and dignity. My clients appreciate my sense of compassion, experience and knowledge. I strive to provide a safe and non judgemental place for my clients to heal and grow.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I used different evidence-based interventions and techniques for different cases. I use CBT, Structural Family Therapy, Solution Focused therapy. I also provide bible-based Christian counseling.
