What does a first session with you look like?
I hope to provide you with a warm comfy experience. A non judgmental safe space. I want you to leave our visit feeling as though you have gained a fan that is rooting for you to be the best version of yourself you can be and that your existence on this earth is not to please everyone around you but to learn self worth and love before anything. While I do not provide specialized therapy, expect to work on grounding, mindfulness, and self care techniques in addition to your medication regimen.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily provide medication management, but I do work with a great network of therapist if you need individualized therapy techniques. I include the patient in their care and take the backseat allowing them to guide their choices with my assistance. If you get tired of driving we can always swap places!
