What does a first session with you look like?
My therapy style is warm and non-judgmental. I understand how difficult it can be to talk openly with a stranger about personal things. Know that I will speak the truth in a genuine, loving way that is guided by my desire to see my clients grow personally, as well as in their relationship with others. You may have heard the saying, "It may get worse before it gets better." I want my clients to know that change can be difficult sometimes, so if you feel tired, worn out, or uncomfortably challenged after a counseling session, that's okay. We're doing something right! Don't give up. Counseling is a process that may take some time, so stick with it and we will work together as a team. My joy is to see you reap the rewards.

Treatment methods are individualized and may include: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Christian Counseling We are all unique individuals with various needs and preferences.
