What does a first session with you look like?

At WSM Holistic Family Wellness, we focus on the total you: Emotional, Physical and Spiritual aspect of your being. Through sitting mindfulness meditation, you will learn how to get in touch with your deeper consciousness to clear up negative emotions buried deep inside. Learn mindfulness tools to combat anxiety, and self-doubt. Redevelop a more confident peaceful you. I provide a Holistic approach to my practice of Insight oriented healing through the integration of deep breathing Meditation exercises to improve an individual's desire for a more Harmonious self. Coupled with Tradition Psychotherapy services.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Mindfulness visualization meditation to reduce stress, anxiety and anger issues. As well as Mindfulness meditation can also help with the process of grief/loss, Substance abuse/addiction. In addition to traditional talk psychotherapy processes to understand the root problem of unresolved issues.
