What does a first session with you look like?
As you begin your journey with me, I believe it is important to initially gather background information and the reason why you are seeking therapy at this time. As the sessions progress, we will work together identifying the underlying causes to the presenting issue(s), becoming aware of the cause and effect, and work towards building a foundation and acceptance.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is meeting the individual/family where they are at. My method of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Motivational Enhancement Therapy/Motivational Interviewing
