It is important to me that you feel comfortable in our sessions. You will leave our sessions feeling heard, understood, and a little closer to your treatment goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with mindfulness. Together, they yield high success rates. I may also use other treatment modalities that are specific to your needs. I prefer positive and strength-based frameworks.
