What does a first session with you look like?
During our sessions, you can expect a welcoming non-judgmental space to explore and modify thoughts, feelings and behaviors as you work towards becoming your ideal self. When scheduling please select a time that is on the hour (ex. 4pm, 5pm, 6pm).
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I’m a holistic practitioner focused on using your strengths to guide your wellness journey. I am a Certified Prolonged Exposure Supervisor and Clinician. Additionally, I have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
