The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.

Wideleine Odne is a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts who has over 7 years of experience providing therapeutic services and case management to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults who seeks help with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, adjustment, resources, and community referrals. She is a great motivator and a great listener. She received her bachelor of arts in Psychology from Providence College, and received her master in social work from Simmons University. She implements a client centered/strength based approach because she believes that clients know themselves best and can use what is already working in their lives to overcome other obstacles. Other modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, art therapy, journaling, and mindfulness to best meet client s needs. Wideleine is welcoming and makes it a priority to meet clients at any level in life. Her goal is to create a place where clients can master and live a successful life. She speaks English, Haitian Creole and understands French. Her favorite quote is from healthy place  from the outside looking in, it is hard to understand. From the inside looking out, it is hard to explain .
