What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach is eclectic, however, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, has been my go to approach with most clients.

What does a first session with you look like?

The first session will begin the process of developing a therapeutic relationship with a client. I will be asking a lot of questions to get to know the client and try to understand how best to deal with issues at hand.
