After your first session, you will be able to pinpoint what type of sleep problem you have. And after your second session, you will know what's working and what's not working and what to do about getting better sleep.
I use evidence based treatments specifically designed for sleep such as Brief Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (BBTI) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI).
