What does a first session with you look like?
My approach consists of working alongside you to help you overcome difficult periods in life. I do this through the use of evidence-based, yet realistic and practical approaches that will help you in your path of reaching your long-term goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have certification and training in the Gottman Method (Couples), Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I use these treatments as a framework to help you gain progress. I welcome you to a free consultation, to discuss your needs and to identify a plan for recovery.
