What does a first session with you look like?

As an experienced therapist, I’m dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to work through their struggles. I’m committed to helping my clients achieve lasting positive change and find greater happiness and fulfillment in life.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

In terms of evidence-based approaches, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. The healing process to many people, is a conversation with themselves - in that case, I will be the listener. For people with special needs (e.g. autism), I will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
