My approach is centered around my clients, taking into account the impact of trauma and utilizing trauma-sensitive interventions. My aim is to provide effective tools that engage the mind and remind individuals that they deserve the space to heal and thrive. Each client has a personalized treatment plan based on their needs & trauma history.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Yoenia introduces the idea of utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) as a potential approach to help the client process their past experiences. A.R.T. is a therapeutic technique that combines elements of eye movements, guided imagery, and memory reconsolidation to assist individuals in resolving and healing from trauma.
