What does a first session with you look like?
My main focus is proving a client-centered approach along with other approaches that help to create a non-judgment space for clients to feel safe and unpack, learn, and begin the healing process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I create a non-judgmental space for you to be able to process your emotions and experiences. I consider myself eclectic as I may integrate various modalities; Client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,Trauma Focus-CBT, and EMDR, to provide you with coping tools and a deeper understanding of your situation.
