What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to feel confident in their abilities. The client will also notice that the weight of the world or the weight of their concerns has been lifted or feels more manageable.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is integrative to individualize treatment based on the Client's needs. However, my lens is strength-based and person-centered which allows Clients to recognize the current skills they have while comfortably exploring areas of growth. We work together to strengthen those growth areas, nonjudgmentally. Brain spotting is offered.
