What does a first session with you look like?
No matter what issues you are struggling with, my goal is to build trust and rapport to enable you to have a safe space to process and resolve the issues that are keeping you from being the best version of yourself. Seeking therapy can often be a difficult endeavor, and my goal is to make sure that you won't regret it by providing a safe and comfortable space for you to work through the issues. In our sessions, I will always be empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I will utilize evidence-based techniques so that you can identify, process, and resolve the barriers that have hindered you from reaching the height of your potential.
