What does a first session with you look like?
I normalize therapy and help individuals feel welcomed and supported to allow for growth and empowerment. I have had the privilege to have worked with several amazing people who took the difficult step of seeking and wanting help to create a better life by working through their obstacles and traumas. I believe that people have the capability of creating a happy and fulfilled life with love, joy, passion, and ease. Through coaching and therapy services, I have assisted clients in making lasting changes that have inspire them to create a life that they love! I take an active role in sessions to ensure you get the best results possible.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have advanced training in the areas of intention goal setting, thought transformation, EMDR, trauma, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, domestic violence, self-love, mental illness, and codependency. My therapeutic approach is supportive with gentleness, kindness, understanding, and love.
