What is your style/approach to therapy?

We work together utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. We only discuss the past when relevant to progress and moving forward in treatment. We will use psychoeducation ensuring clients have a full understanding of their own symptom etiology and corresponding therapeutic tools and healthy coping mechanisms.

What does a first session with you look like?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am trained to work my way out of a job. Through individual therapy and psychoeducation I ensure all individuals seeking treatment become well equipped with healthy coping mechanisms and therapeutic tools, and are able to address or navigate any concerns or barriers to happiness, interpersonal relationships, and an improved quality of life.
