What is your style/approach to therapy?
My primary specialization is Trauma Therapy; however, I incorporate diverse styles and techniques in a more eclectic approach based on client need. These techniques include Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, (EMDR), and Play Therapy.
