Can I remove my profile?
Yes. Therapists have a few options if they don’t want new leads from the Choosing Therapy Directory. First, therapists have the option to mark themselves as not accepting new clients at one or all of their locations. Second, therapists can limit or eliminate availability at one or all of their locations. Third, therapists who want to completely remove their profile from the directory may do so by contacting our Directory Support team.
Do you have a solution for larger practices who want to centrally manage their providers’ profiles?
Yes, we do. We charge for this service and the cost is based on your specifics. If you’re interested, click here to complete a short form.
Alternatively, you're welcome to let each of your providers set up their own individual profile (which is completely free).
